I’ve been sent these super pretty oval studs from Born Pretty Store to review for you. They are faceted and black, but have an iridescent finish that shows blue, green, turquoise, purple and gold. Gorgeous!

Sensationail Base & Top Coat
These studs are a chunky 3mm wide and 6mm long, and have flat, foiled backs. Because of their size and my nails are very curvy in two directions, I initially attached them with Seche Vite, but straight away realised they wouldn’t stay on. Once my polish was totally dry and set, I added two coats of gel top coat and cured them under my LED lamp. They were totally solid then and didn’t move or catch at all. I adore the contrast between red and black and seeing all the other colours. If you have flat nails you could probably just set these in top coat, but they work great in gel too.
