My next item from Born Pretty Store is a feather and bird themed stamping plate.
Here’s how it looks when it arrives – blue protective film intact. This plate is BP-75, but you’ll find it with code .
And when the film is removed you can see the images more clearly. There are three full nail feather designs, one peacock feather design, two of birds on wires/branches. The last image is a small Chinese dragon, which seems a little out of place.
I used two of the images on this design, but I have tested them all. They all stamp cleanly and easily. I was using a Creative Shop stamper and scraper from Rainbow Connection.
I started with a gradient of Chanel Coco Blue, Barry M Gelly Greenberry and Guava. On the feature nails I used Picture Polish Fool’s Gold. I stamped with Barry M Gold Foil and 2true Pro Metallica Artemis.
This plate was really easy to use and I can certainly recommend it. Despite being a small round plate there are full nail images that would work for my long nails. I could just about get away with the feather design on the right hand side, but it’s a bit shorter so I would need to be very careful with placement.
