I was lucky enough to receive my first ever indie varnishes from the lovely Creatinails – two bottles from a Dutch maker called Lekker Lacquer. 

For this mani I chose the bright blue jelly, loaded with silver holographic and red glitters in a range of shapes. I paired it with a splatter technique in coordinating colours.

I used three coats of the Lekker Lacquer for a mostly opaque finish. For the splatter I didn’t have any straws but made my own from a scrap of rolled up wrapping paper and a piece of tape. 

Zoya Sarah is lovely and bright and shimmery; and I love the stars and crescent moon shapes in the Lekker Lacquer. 
I’ve never tried splatter nails before but it was fun and really quick too. I’ll be doing it again!
