Welcome to the last of my three swatches from the Spring 2018 Neapolis collection. From Chanel Nuvola Rosa is a soft pink, and it definitely reminds me of strawberry gelato from Italy!
Although there is a fourth shade in this collection, it’s an orange leaning red which I couldn’t bring myself to buy. I have plenty of Chanel reds already! Check out Chanel Gitane – it’s not quite as orange-toned as Arancio Vibrante but it’s a good substitute.
This week I’ve got the second of three swatches of Chanel’s Spring 2018 collection. It’s a bright yellow, and if you like sunny colours, you’ll love Chanel Giallo Napoli. I also compare it to my swatch of Chanel Mimosa – it’s the battle of the yellows!
New, fun Chanel polishes are out, and you’re going to love these spring colours! I’m swatching them for you with a quick review, starting with Chanel Verde Pastello, a fresh turquoise creme.
You probably already know that I like citrus scents as part of my nail care routine, so this is perfect. When I was asked to select a Babylon Tree Shea Butter Soap for review, it was an easy choice.
Something a bit different for you today! I was sent a pair of Wingz for review by Sarah, and I chose a lovely scalloped lace three-quarter length sleeve design. I created some nails to match of course – lace nail art inspired with Wingz!
If you haven’t seen Wingz before, they are essentially sleeves that you can add to an outfit to give your a little more warmth or coverage. This lace design has been great for me, particularly when the air con gets a bit too ferocious.
I mentioned in my last few posts I’ve been trying out some new tools, and here they are! Clear Jelly Stamper Bling range includes the Big Bling Stamper and the Bling Brush. Read More
If you been in the nail art world recently, you’ll have heard of Swarovski Crystal Pixie. It’s a product of tiny gems or Micro Crystals you can use to encrust your nails for some full on bling. This product is very similar to that, but without the same high price tag. Born Pretty Store markets them as 1.2mm Zircon Micro Rhinestones. You get 300 in a pot for $1.99 and there are four colours available. Read More
