Liquid Sand Stripes
This manicure is really bold and bright, perfect for summer. It also uses OPI Liquid Sand polishes that are hard-wearing which I also really like.
I started off with a base of Essie Blanc, sandwiching Sally Hansen Hard as Wraps.
Next up, using a striping brush I painted the V shapes using Nails Inc Baker Street and Collection 2000 Bright Lights. It was easier to get cleaner lines this way and these polishes are good colour matches for the Liquid Sands I used.
I used Liquid Sand polishes in Jinx (orange) from the Bond Girls collection and Get Your Number (blue) from the Mariah Carey collection. I went over the V-shapes a couple of times and free-handed the straight stripes on the other nails straight on to the white base.
Finally I outlined everything with the striping brush and Rimmel Black Out, then added a couple of coats of Seche Vite (Liquid Sand is greedy for top coat).

I just included this one to show the shimmer and glitter of the Liquid Sand with a topcoat!
