It’s time to reveal what nearly 200 nail artists have been working on for our Maniswap Circle! This month we’ve focused on white and blue nail art designs in memory of Liam Kowal again. As a result, all our designs are blue and white, and some include a ribbon too.
This time I was recreating the work of Meredith from Merely Nails. I chose a stamped geometric pattern, which left me space to add a freehand ribbon.

Something a bit different for you today! I was sent a pair of Wingz for review by Sarah, and I chose a lovely scalloped lace three-quarter length sleeve design. I created some nails to match of course – lace nail art inspired with Wingz!
If you haven’t seen Wingz before, they are essentially sleeves that you can add to an outfit to give your a little more warmth or coverage. This lace design has been great for me, particularly when the air con gets a bit too ferocious.
I’m still catching up on sleep after a busy few weeks, and whenever I’m short on time I turn to stamping to create detailed nail art designs quickly. For this Graffiti Hearts stamping nail art I was inspired by Miss Sock who did something similar over a watermarble base.

This month I have had the pleasure of recreating a design from Knitty Nails, aka Debbie. Her Adult Colouring Book nail art was the inspiration behind my Maniswap Circle design using pastels.
I was a bit stumped for a design to try this week, and then I remembered that I'd bought a new plate with butterfly wing outlines on it that was so far untried. I decided to recreate some Monarch Butterfly nail art using some orange holo polishes.
To match the hot weather we’ve been having lately, I think this Coral Ombré design is perfect. It’s got a sunbleached look to it, that with the neon makes a perfect summer holiday manicure.
As part of my series inspired by semi-precious stones, I’ve been looking around for my next project. The photo (scroll down) really caught my eye, so I’m trying this Fire Obsidian nail art. It’s an experiment in progress so I think I’ll be coming back and trying this again.

It’s finally warm in the UK, spring is giving way to summer, apart from the past couple of days which were more like November! My summer dresses are out, and I want some bright, pretty nails to go with them! I had my eyes on plenty of summer polishes in yesterday’s best of nail polish post, so Picture Polish Orchid is perfect for right now.
